Union Square Park - When the park reopened, the
award winning design entitled “All the World’s a
Stage,” offered MJM Management Group another
excellent management opportunity. In Union Square
Park we provide enhanced services for Uptown
Parking Corporation, the entity that manages the
Union Square Garage located under the park.

MJM’s Management Team works closely with all of
the organizations that have an interest in ensuring
that the Union Square Park is clean, safe and friendly
including first and foremost the Department of
Recreation and Park. For example, while the
Department of Park and Recreation permits events in
the park, we make sure that all events are produced
causing the least disruption to the publics’ access and
enjoyment of the property. Our engineers ensure that
everything operates efficiently and that the property is
well protected before and after events.

In April, 2005, MJM launched a new entertainment
program called Jewels in the Square and Artists in the
Diamonds in partnership with the San Francisco Parks
Trust. Both programs are free to the public and
promote San Francisco artists as well as our unique
city culture. The Jewels in the Square series features
live music and runs Wednesdays at noon and Sunday
afternoons at 2PM on the main stage in Union
Square. The Artists on the Diamond series features
mimes, jugglers and other entertainers on the corners
of Union Square Park. These performances attract a
diverse audience and further enhance the public’s
enjoyment of the Square. For more information
